How to read the table: Each amount belongs to a named package or fee component. It is not a universal all-in company cost. Quote-based renewal, office, visa, facility or approval items are left explicit rather than converted into an unsupported total.
Renewal Evidence Hierarchy
The strongest evidence is an official renewal schedule for the same package or a separately published multi-year product. A consultant estimate or an assumption that renewal equals Year 1 is weaker. When the configuration changes, the prior renewal figure may no longer apply.
Review licence, lease, establishment card, e-channel, visas, insurance, audit/compliance, facility, utilities and external approvals separately.
Three-Year Planning Without Guessing
Only calculate Year 1 plus two renewals when the renewal evidence supports it. A published three-year package can be shown directly, but it may differ from three independent annual renewals. For quote-based rows, request a Year 2 invoice rather than filling the cell with Year 1.
