How Rankings Are Calculated
Ranking scores use year-one cost 25%, renewal cost 15%, visa flexibility 10%, activity flexibility 15%, banking difficulty 15%, setup speed 10%, hidden cost risk 5%, and reputation/location 5%.
How Banking Difficulty Is Scored
Banking difficulty considers activity risk, free zone documentation, shareholder profile, residency, expected transactions, source of funds and common compliance questions.
How Activity Eligibility Is Checked
Activity eligibility is reviewed against free zone activity lists, package descriptions, authority wording and manual checks where available.
How Often Data Is Reviewed
Priority pages are reviewed during the June 2026 cleanup cycle and should be refreshed whenever free zones update packages or authority rules.
