Our UAE Free Zone Comparison tool allows you to compare any two or more UAE free zones side by side across cost, activities, visa quota, bank account ease, and other key criteria. Here is how to use it effectively.
What Our Comparison Tool Covers
The UAE Free Zone Comparison tool on this site provides: annual licence cost comparison, number of activities permitted per package, visa quota included, physical office requirement (yes/no), bank account opening difficulty rating, processing time, audited accounts requirement, minimum share capital, and emirate location. Each data point is sourced from official free zone websites and updated quarterly to reflect current pricing.
How to Choose Which Free Zones to Compare
By industry: Use the Activity Filter to select your business activity β the tool will highlight which free zones permit that activity and which do not. By budget: Set a maximum annual budget β the tool will show all free zones within that budget ranked by value. By emirate: If you need to be in a specific emirate (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, RAK), filter by location. By bank preference: If you have already identified a UAE bank you want to use, filter by bank account ease to prioritise free zones that bank is familiar with.
Understanding the Comparison Scores
Our comparison tool uses a 1β5 rating system for qualitative criteria: Bank Account Ease (1=very difficult, 5=very easy), Prestige/Recognition (1=less known, 5=globally recognised), Setup Speed (1=slow, 5=fastest), and Client Trust (1=low enterprise trust, 5=highest enterprise trust). These ratings are derived from annual surveys of UAE business owners and consultants β not from free zone marketing materials.
