Activities Requiring NOC or Professional Approval
- Medical and healthcare: Dubai Health Authority (DHA) or Abu Dhabi DOH NOC
- Legal services: UAE Ministry of Justice
- Regulated financial services (investment advisory, fund management): DFSA (DIFC), FSRA (ADGM), or SCA
- Audit and assurance: Ministry of Economy registration
