Vendor Registration Requirements
Most UAE government entities require vendor pre-registration before you can bid. Common requirements: valid UAE trade licence, certificate of incorporation, audited financial statements (last 2–3 years), ISO 9001 certification (required for most technical contracts), HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policy, list of reference projects/clients, and no pending legal disputes with UAE government entities.

- Register on ALL relevant procurement portals even if you have no immediate tender — portal registration can take weeks and portals don’t notify you of tenders you are not registered for
