If you are referred to a partner consultant through UAE Freezone Compare and you are not satisfied with their service, we will refund 100% of the consultancy fee — no questions asked. Subject to the terms below.

Why we offer this guarantee

UAE Freezone Compare is an independent comparison platform. We don’t provide consultancy services ourselves — we connect you with vetted, independent consultants. We stand behind our referrals because we know our partners. If something goes wrong, we make it right.

How the guarantee works

  1. You request a quote or referral through the UAE Freezone Compare platform (forms, contact page, or direct chat).
  2. We connect you with a partner consultant matched to your free zone choice and business activity.
  3. You engage the consultant directly. All payments are made to the consultant.
  4. If you are unsatisfied with the consultant’s service quality, communication, or transparency at any stage of the engagement, raise a refund request with us within the eligible period (see below).
  5. We mediate and refund 100% of the consultancy fee paid to the partner, after deduction of non-refundable government fees that have already been consumed for your application.

Refund Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

  • The client must have been referred to the partner consultant through UAE Freezone Compare directly (via our website, forms, or chat). Walk-in clients to a partner without UAE Freezone Compare’s referral are not eligible.
  • The client must have paid the consultancy fee to the partner consultant within 90 days of the referral.
  • The refund request must be lodged with UAE Freezone Compare in writing (email or contact form) within 30 calendar days of the issue arising.
  • The client must provide reasonable evidence of dissatisfaction (e.g., communications, receipts, missed deadlines, undelivered services).

2. What is refunded

  • 100% of the consultancy / professional fee charged by the partner consultant.
  • The refund is calculated after deduction of any government fees, authority fees, or third-party charges that have already been paid out and consumed on behalf of the client. Examples include free zone authority registration fees, license fees paid to the authority, e-Channel deposits, establishment card fees, medical test fees, Emirates ID fees, attestation fees, document legalisation fees, courier costs, and any tax registrations (FTA, VAT) already filed.
  • The refund is paid in AED (UAE Dirhams) by bank transfer within 14 working days of the refund being approved.

3. Excluded activities and zones

The following are not eligible for the refund guarantee:

  • Regulated financial services activities requiring DFSA (DIFC) or FSRA (ADGM) approval — including banking, asset management, broker-dealer, fund management, insurance, reinsurance, and crypto-asset service provider licenses.
  • Healthcare licenses requiring DHA, MOH, or DOH clinical-practice approval.
  • Education licenses requiring KHDA or ADEK academic accreditation.
  • Industrial / manufacturing licenses requiring environmental, civil defence, or industrial-safety approvals where third-party assessments are involved.
  • Immigration sponsorship for non-investor visas (employee visas, dependant visas) where the consultant role is purely advisory and the outcome depends on government approval.
  • Cases where the client has provided false, incomplete, or misleading documentation that caused the application delay or rejection.
  • Cases where the application was rejected by the free zone authority or government for reasons within the client’s control (e.g., criminal record, sanctions, unsuitable business activity).
  • Disputes arising more than 90 days after the consultancy engagement was completed.

4. Definition of “unsatisfied”

For the purpose of this guarantee, “unsatisfied” includes any of:

  • The consultant fails to communicate for more than 7 working days without explanation.
  • The consultant fails to deliver the agreed scope of work after receiving payment.
  • The consultant misrepresents government fees, charging more than the official rate without disclosure.
  • The consultant misrepresents the timeline by more than 50% (e.g., promised 7 days, took 21 days, with no force-majeure justification).
  • The consultant fails to provide proper invoices or receipts for amounts paid.
  • The consultant disappears, becomes unreachable, or ceases operations.

Subjective dissatisfaction (e.g., “I changed my mind”, “I found a cheaper provider after signing”) does not qualify under the guarantee.

5. Refund process

  1. Email info@uaefreezonecompare.com with subject line “Refund Guarantee Claim” along with: your name, the partner consultant’s name, the date of referral, the amount paid, the issue, and supporting evidence.
  2. We will acknowledge within 2 working days and request additional information if needed.
  3. We will engage the partner consultant to investigate the dispute. We will give the consultant 7 working days to respond and offer a remedy.
  4. If the dispute is not resolved within 14 working days of acknowledgement, we will issue the refund directly to you, less applicable government fees.
  5. UAE Freezone Compare’s decision on the refund amount is final.

6. Cap and limit

  • The refund is limited to the consultancy fee actually paid to the partner consultant via the UAE Freezone Compare referral.
  • UAE Freezone Compare’s total liability under this guarantee, in any individual case, is capped at the consultancy fee paid (after deductions described above).
  • This guarantee does not cover consequential losses (loss of profit, lost time, opportunity cost, accommodation, travel, or any indirect damages).
  • Only one (1) refund per client is permitted in any 12-month rolling period.

7. Anti-abuse

  • Repeated refund claims by the same client may result in disqualification from future referrals.
  • Fraudulent or vexatious claims will result in legal action and recovery of any payouts already made.
  • UAE Freezone Compare reserves the right to refuse a refund where the claim is determined, after good-faith investigation, to be without merit.

8. Modifications

UAE Freezone Compare may modify these terms at any time with prior notice on this page. The terms applicable to your specific referral are those in force on the date the referral was made.

9. Jurisdiction

This guarantee is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved between the parties shall be referred to the Dubai Courts.
