IFZA Activity List
IFZA has one of the UAE’s broadest activity lists: trading (import/export of most goods), professional services (consulting, marketing, management), IT services and software development, education and training, media and content creation, e-commerce, financial consulting (not regulated investment advisory), and manufacturing (in partnership with specific industrial zones). Practically any legal business activity that is not regulated (financial services, healthcare, aviation) can be licenced under IFZA.

IFZA 1-Visa Package: AED 10,000–12,000/year. 1 UAE residency visa included. Good for: single-founder businesses. IFZA 2-Visa Package: AED 13,000–16,000/year. 2 UAE residency visas. Good for: two co-founders or founder + employee. Additional visas: available as add-ons at AED 3,000–5,000/visa/year. IFZA does NOT require a minimum share capital (AED 0 capital to incorporate).
