Creative City Fujairah (creativeCity.ae) is a free zone specialising in: media production, journalism, photography and video, music and entertainment, advertising and marketing, public relations, and digital content creation. Annual licence cost: AED 5,000–12,000 depending on the package and number of activities. Visa quota: 1–3 visas in standard packages.

Port of Fujairah (Fujairah Oil Industry Zone — FOIZ) is one of the world’s largest bunker fuel hubs — the second largest bunkering port globally after Singapore. Businesses in ship bunkering, petroleum trading, and maritime services benefit from the Fujairah port’s strategic position on the Strait of Hormuz. FOIZ setup: for oil and petroleum storage, bunkering, and maritime support services — requires Fujairah Port Authority approval in addition to UAE trade licence.
