Business Bay vs Free Zone for Office Setup
Business Bay mainland licences allow full access to the UAE domestic market (including trading with end consumers). Free zone licences restrict direct mainland trading but offer lower costs. If your clients are UAE businesses or consumers who need a central Dubai meeting location, Business Bay is worth the premium. If you primarily serve international clients remotely, a free zone is more cost-efficient.
