3. twofour54: Best Fit for Media and Creative Production
twofour54 operates within Abu Dhabi’s media and creative ecosystem. It is relevant to production, content, gaming, publishing and related creative activities that benefit from sector facilities and community. The current official programme waives specific licence and registration components, but a waived component is not a zero-cost company.
A twofour54 workspace is required, and visas, Emirates ID, insurance, extra activities, urgent processing and production facilities can add cost. Its published one-visa package includes a licence, shared workstation or dedicated office, internet/Wi-Fi and the selected visa provision.
The AED 22,575 three-year figure is a separately published three-year package, not a multiplication based on an assumed renewal. An industrial project still needs a project quote for land or facility, utilities, environmental and civil-defence requirements, customs, workforce and additional visas.
